IDAHO FALLS — The annual Region VII Republican Barbecue took place last Thursday evening at the Riverbend Ranch in Idaho Falls.
An AR-15 rifle with scope and 500 rounds of ammunition was given away at the end of the event. The lucky winner was Bill Parker, a veteran and resident of Rexburg, who also performed with the Rexburg VFW 3012 in the color guard ceremony, which opened the event.
